Quick answer: Use the bottom menu to navigate between Today, Sleep, Topics, and More. Each section gives you access to prayers, meditations, music, journals, and settings.

At the bottom of your Amen app, you will find the following menu:
TODAY
* At the top of your Today page, scroll right. Daily Mass Readings > Daily Reflection > The Tears of Christ (Special series titles) > Bible in a Year > Rosary > Sleep Story
* Play content for Topic titles listed
* Daily Prayers (special series titles)
* Your recently played
* Podcast Daily Rosary Meditations
* Podcast: Catholic Sprouts
* Audio Drama: (changes with new series)
* Stories for Sleep
* Content for (whatever you have selected)
*Continue listening (whatever you are currently listening to)
* Journal: Your journals are found under the MORE tab. You may also write in your journal at the end of each meditation (not Sleep), and your background music will continue to play.

Sleep Stories are listed from newest, most popular on down.
* Tap on the time feature for 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min, to set audio length.
* Tap on the moon feature ☾ for 5 min - 8 hour "stop audio in" feature.
* MUSIC - tap on the music symbol at the bottom of the meditation screen to change music.
* Stream > Repeat feature
