How do I delete downloads? (iOS)

Quick Answer

To delete downloaded content on iOS, go to Profile > Downloads, select the meditation, tap the three dots, and choose Remove.

Step-by-Step Instructions

You may delete downloads to clear up space in your Amen app.

1. Open Downloads

  1. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right of the Amen app)

  2. Tap Downloads

2. Remove a Downloaded Meditation

  1. Select the prayer or meditation you would like to remove

  2. Tap the three dots at the top of the screen

  3. Tap the Download icon

  4. Tap Remove

After successfully removing your downloaded meditation, you will see the option to download it again.

Once deleted, you can re-download content at any time. Please see the related article for instructions on how to listen to your downloads offline HERE

Note: Background scenes are automatically downloaded upon selection.
