iOS: Restart your device to clear the cache.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Amen > Storage > Clear Cache.
4. Allow Background App Activity
Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > Amen > Mobile Data
Turn on Allow background data usage
iOS:
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed → Add Amen
Then go to Settings > Amen → Turn on Background App Refresh
