If you see “Email Already Taken,” it means an account has already been created with that email address. Tap “Already have an account? Sign in” and log in using your existing email and password.
Important Information Before Signing In
Once you sign up for Amen, you must use the Amen mobile app (iPhone, iPad, or Android) to listen to content.
Amen is not accessible on computers, except for creating an account. Attempting to sign in on a computer may result in a sign-in error.
What to Do If You See “Email Already Taken”
If you try to create an account and receive the message “Email Already Taken”:
Tap “Already have an account? Sign in”
Enter the email address and password you previously created
Sign in

If the issue continues:
You may have signed up using a different email address
If you use Apple, you may have signed up using your Apple Private Relay email address
Double-check for typos in your email address
