Check that you are connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi network
Clear your device cache
• On iOS, clear the cache by restarting your device
• On Android, clear cache through your device SettingsAllow background app activity
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Amen > Mobile Data and turn on Allow background data usage
On iOS, go to Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed >add Amen
Then go to Settings > Apps > Amen and turn on Background App RefreshRestart your device after changing these settings
Reinstall the Amen app for a full refresh
• Delete the Amen app
• Restart your device
• Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play
• Log back into your account
