Troubleshooting Steps
If you’re experiencing issues with the Amen app, please follow the steps below based on your device:
1. Update and Reboot
- Ensure both your device and the Amen app are fully updated.
- After updating, restart your device to complete the refresh.
2. Check Your Connection
- Make sure you have a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.
3. Clear Your Device Cache
- Clear cache on iOS device
- Clear cache on Android device
4. Allow Background App Activity
- If background restrictions are enabled, try turning them off.
For Android devices:
Go to: Settings › Apps › Amen › Mobile Data › Allow background data usage › Turn ON
For iOS devices:
Go to: Settings › Screen Time › Always Allowed › Add Amen
Then: Settings › Apps › Amen › Background App Refresh › Turn ON
After enabling these settings, restart your device for best results.
5. Reinstall the App (Full Refresh)
- Delete the Amen app
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the Amen app from the App Store or Google Play
- Log back in
