On an iOS device:
On your Today screen, you’ll find the Music feature in the upper left-hand corner. From there, you can control when and where you’d like to enjoy background music, and also change your music selection.
Here’s a quick guide to how the background music settings work:
- On App Open: Controls music when you open the app, before starting a track.
- During Playback: Plays when listening to a track that doesn’t already include its own background music. (This does not include the completion screen.)
- After Playback: Covers the completion screen and navigation after your meditation ends.
- Outside the App: Keeps background music playing even when the app is closed and no track is playing.
You can adjust these settings anytime to create the perfect listening experience.
At the top of the screen, you may scroll right and left to select the music you would like to listen to.
